Unilever Playbook

Unilever is very well known for being one of the most leading multinational consumer goods company in the world. By working
with Jungle Minds we helped Unilever to manage a digital innovation portfolio: underlying governance and methodology, a good inflow of potentially high-return ideas from the business, attention to future embedding successful innovations, a fast validations with users, stop/go methodology and a fast validations with users, stop/go methodology.

My part here was to help visualize the playbook based on the content given by the business designers and the of set rules from the Unilever brand guide book. It was a very fun and colorful project to work on and my biggest intake here was how create certain rules based on all factors given and yet trying to find a middle ground so it wouldn't look too crowded.
